Between us, we’ve spent decades inside some of the biggest brands in the world—running campaigns, building brands, and being responsible for real numbers, not vanity metrics. Director-level, head-of-marketing roles, global brands, national campaigns. We’ve seen what works, what’s a waste of time, and what looks good on paper but does nothing for the bottom line. Flatbed exists because most of that world is bloated, slow, and disconnected from reality. We took the parts that actually work—and left the rest behind.
